Life gives us many challenges that seem out of our control, however we do have choices. Yet, many times these choices are not apparent due to being stuck in our own habits and patterns that limit our perspective and our lives. Together in counseling we can find new perspectives and open doors to allow for more space for you to be your authentic self.
Everyone has an unique journey and when given the opportunity to explore in a safe, healing environment positive changs can tranform pain, anxiety, depression,and grief into empowerment, general well being, and more fulfilling relationships to yourself and others.
I hold Master's Degrees in both Counseling and Physical Therapy. My focus involves incorporating interpersonal and mind/body approach.
My fee is just $60 for individual counseling sessions, with sliding scale fee options available. I always offer a 30 minute initial consultation, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Life can sometimes be unpredictable and challenging and many people find themselves stuck in behavior patterns, distressing emotions, or unsatisfying relationships. You may find that you need some guidance to navigate these times in your life. A supportive therapeutic environment can help you find solutions to the challenges you face.
My approach is practical, straightforward, and collaborative with the goal of expanding self-awareness, goal setting and gaining insights into patterns that might be causing difficulty in your life and in your relationships. While emotional pain brings you into therapy, it is your strengths that are an integral part of the therapy process. Each therapy is unique in detail and in duration and I have found the most success comes from using different methods from a variety of theoretical approaches.
One of the best predictors of successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I offer a free 30 minute consultation to allow us to get to know each other and to ensure that we are a good fit. Thereafter my fee is $40 per session.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on personal exploration, which leads to deeper understanding and connection with self and others. By knowing better who you are through your self-discovery process, you will know both your vulnerabilities and your strengths, and be able to live your life with less distress and greater satisfaction.
I work with adults in individual and couples therapy. Particular issues that I focus on include:

I am a patient listener and perceptive at helping clients identify problem areas in their lives and helping clients discover solutions to their problems. I am able to connect with my clients at a deep and meaningful level. I am very empathetic and understanding of what my clients are experiencing and dealing with.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation, an opportunity for us to meet and determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. My fee is $90 per 50-minute session. I hold some times open for clients who are unable to pay my full fee. We can discuss fees during our first consultation session. I do not bill insurance directly. I accept payment at the time of service and provide a statement that you may then submit for insurance reimbursement.

I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Counseling and Education. As a registered professional with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (R1749) I am bound by the Code of Ethics for Counselors and Therapists adopted by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
I invite you to meet with me for a complimentary 30 minute consultation. If you feel like we are a good fit, my counseling fee is $40 for a 50 minute session. At this time I an unable to take insurance. I welcome the opportunity to assist you on your journey towards healing, growth, and happiness.
