My style is client-centered and supportive, and I utilize a wide variety of experiential and educational tools for clients to draw upon. Over these twenty years practicing in both agency and military settings, I have substantial experience dealing with work-related counseling issues, adjustment to aging and disabilities, as well as helping clients cope with anxiety, depression and relationship problems. My master's degree in Counseling was awarded at Portland State University, and I am not only a Licensed Professional Counselor, but also nationally certified (NBCC 55781) and am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (#16884). In addition, I was awarded a Human Services Management Certificate from PSU. I appreciate your interest and commitment to seek help! I'm committed to flexibility and doing my best to meet my client's needs, so I offer a sliding fee scale from $25 to $85 per 50 minute session. If you have insurance, please call to talk with me about whether I can serve you as an "out-of-network" provider. My office is conveniently located in the Raleigh Hills area on busline #54 with ample free parking and I can schedule your sessions on an as-needed basis. I look forward to hearing from you!
