Our counselors have your needs
at heart. Appointments can be scheduled during daytime, evening or
weekend hours. We take your financial needs into consideration when
establishing fees, many of our counselors can accept your insurance plan, and our areas of expertise span nearly every issue,
concern, age group and circumstance.
Wise Counsel & Comfort has eleven locations in Portland, plus offices in neighboring communities of Beaverton, Gresham and Lake Oswego. Our downtown Portland office is on SW Jefferson just off the waterfront. In the hills of SW Portland on Capitol Highway, you'll find our Multnomah Village location, and in Raleigh Hills, our office is on Scholls Ferry Road. In NW Portland, our offices are on Twenty-First Avenue and Hoyt in the Pearl District.
There are three suites in North East Portland, just a few miles from downtown, in the Irvington, Beaumont and Mt. Tabor neighborhoods. In South East Portland, we have an office in the Belmont neighborhood, a second on SE Cesar Chavez Blvd. near Powell Boulevard and a third in the Hawthorne District. In North Portland, our office is in the Kenton neighborhood.
Our offices in Gresham, Oregon are in the "Old Downtown" neighborhood, the Beaverton office is in the SW Griffith Park area, and our Lake Oswego office is in the Westlake Village neighborhood, just off Interstate 5 at Highway 217 and Kruse Way.
All of our office
locations have easy on-street or nearby parking, all are within
steps of public transit, and all have the added pleasures of nearby
coffee shops, restaurants and parks.

If you or a loved one here in the Portland metropolitan area are
currently in crisis, suffering severe symptoms, please seek
immediate help by going to the emergency department of the nearest hospital,
or calling 911.
If the severity of your circumstances and symptoms require more than
an hour of weekly counseling, I encourage you to consider an
"intensive outpatient" treatment option. In Portland, these are
offered through a variety of health organizations. One of the
finest is through Providence Health Services.
